By using BookMyEscape, you agree to our booking rules, payment schedules, and cancellation policies. We act as an agent for airlines and hotels; their specific terms also apply to your trip.
By accessing or using the BookMyEscape website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. We require full payment for flights and a minimum 25% deposit for holiday packages. Prices are subject to change until the booking is fully paid.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Our refund structure is as follows:

| 30-60 Days before departure | 50% Refund |
| Less than 30 Days | No Refund |
It is your responsibility to ensure that all travel documents (passports, visas, vaccination certificates) are valid and meet the requirements of your destination. BookMyEscape is not liable for entry denials by immigration authorities.
BookMyEscape acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (Airlines, Hotels, Tour Operators). We are not responsible for flight delays, lost luggage, or injuries sustained during travel provided by third parties.
